LottoIQ is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. LottoIQ does not directly store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
LottoIQ offers the following refund policy:

Insider Monthly ($9.99/month)

• 7-day money back guarantee for new subscribers.

• If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at info@lottoiq.ca for a full refund.

• After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

• Cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Insider Annual ($79.99/year)

• 7-day full refund guarantee for new subscribers.

• If cancelled after 7 days but within 30 days of purchase, a prorated refund may be issued for unused months at our discretion.

• After 30 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable.

• Cancel anytime to stop future billing.

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, contact us at info@lottoiq.ca or use the cancellation method available through your account or payment provider.

​

Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically provide a refund for past payments outside the refund window described above.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LottoIQ to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right

• Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization

• Interfere with the security or operation of the website

• Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the website without permission

• Reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, or exploit LottoIQ tools or services

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

• Use LottoIQ for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes

• Encourage minors or ineligible users to participate in lottery-related activities

• Present LottoIQ outputs as guaranteed winning numbers or official lottery predictions

 

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these rules have been violated.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to LottoIQ in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $50, whichever is greater.
