The Source
Every draw LottoIQ has ever analyzed traces back to OLG's own official published results for Lotto 6/49, Lotto MAX, Lottario, and Ontario 49. LottoIQ doesn't generate, estimate, or simulate any of it, it's a direct record of real draws that actually happened.
How It Gets into LottoIQ
Draw results are checked against OLG's official results automatically, twice a week, and entered in a maintained spreadsheet that is organized one tab per game. That spreadsheet is the single source every stat on the site reads from, the Frequency Heatmap, Hot & Cold, Overdue Numbers, Pattern Statistics, Due Score, and the Generator all draw from the exact same underlying records, not separate copies that could drift out of sync with each other.
Scheduled, Not Real-Time
Worth being upfront about: LottoIQ isn't a live results feed. A scheduled trigger checks OLG's published numbers automatically twice a week, Thursday and Sunday mornings, rather than pulling a result the instant a draw happens. That means there can be a short lag, typically a few days, between the recent draw, and result showing up in LottoIQ's stats.
How It Stays Accurate
The update itself runs on a scheduled script, not a person copying numbers by hand: twice a week it checks OLG's published results and adds any new draws straight into the sheet. Automating the entry doesn't change what gets trusted, every number still traces back to an official, verifiable OLG result before it counts.

No analytics tool can be more accurate than the data underneath it.
